What is InDoc?
InDoc is the process that we at South Slope use to introduce people to Community Fitness, our culture, and our community. This is implemented by a crew of coaches whose sole purpose is to administer and constantly improve our In-Doc system.
In our classes we perform numerous high skill movements that most people are not familiar with. One of the In-Doc Staff's primary missions is to introduce people to these movements safely, based on their current ability level, using a format based more on education and less on intensity when developing these new skills.
Also, If you've never experienced Community Fitness, there are lots of terms and slang that seem like a combination of a foreign language and a math equation gone wrong. Part of the process is familiarizing new members with our lingo so they can transition to the regular curriculum without confusion or uncertainty.
The first step of our InDoc pipeline is setting up a meet and greet with your coaches who will be guiding you through the process.
